Services

Responding to and repairing harm together

We concentrate on providing high-quality restorative practice services to individuals and organisations. We have extensive experience of working across both voluntary and statutory sectors, for example education (formal and informal), criminal justice, families and community work . We are dedicated to promoting healing and building relationships through restorative approaches, helping individuals and communities to resolve conflicts and address harm in a supportive and inclusive way. We offer our services in Yorkshire and throughout the UK to support individuals, families, and organisations in achieving positive outcomes.

Accredited Training

We offer a bespoke training experience with courses designed around the needs of the individual/organisation. The course is a three day foundational course designed to enable participants to develop an understanding of the ethos of working restoratively and the associated skills required to facilitate a simple restorative process.  This course is accredited through the restorative justice council and can be used, alongside practice observation to achieve accredited practitioner status.

Consultancy

We can offer individual consultancy to organisations looking to embed restorative approaches into their workplace, policies and procedures.

Supervision and Support

We can offer a range of support and supervision to organisations and individuals.  We can signpost individuals to services, and/or offer facilitation of cases and case management for individuals/organisations where there is no offer available. We offer supervision of practitioners and advice and guidance for those who might need a little extra support.
